Summer Sendoff & Campout
Join the Eaton PTO for a fun evening and overnight campout! Celebrate the end of the school year with family, friends, and a starlit movie night featuring "Lilo & Stitch" (2025).
Ticket information
Tickets are required for everyone aged 4+ (including adults). Children 3 and under are free!
Main Event Ticket: Includes all activities and the outdoor movie.
$10 Early Bird (Now through May 23)
$15 Regular Price (Starting May 24)
Campsite Reservation: An additional $35 ticket is required per tent for the overnight stay. This includes a light breakfast on Saturday morning.
Please note: This is not a drop-off event. All children must be supervised by an adult.

8:00 PM – 8:30 PM: Movie Concessions
8:45 PM – 10:30 PM: Outdoor Movie Magic
10:30 PM Onward: Campout Adventure on the Soccer Field
Food and Fun
We are bringing a fantastic lineup of entertainment and eats to the Eaton field!
Activity Highlights:
Barnyard Buddies from Animal Assisted Happiness will be there from 6pm to 7pm
Insect Discovery Lab from SaveNature.org will be there from 7pm to 8pm
Fire Truck Visit from the Santa Clara County Fire Dept (subject to dispatch)
Carnival Games, Bubble Play, and Face Painting!
Food:
Tlaxiaco's Pizza: Serving up fresh, hot slices.
Quick Dog: Your go-to for comfort food favorites, including:
The Dogs: Classic Hot Dogs, Polish Dogs, and spicy Louisiana Hot Links.
The Classics: Chicken Tenders and Fries.
The Main Feature
As the sun goes down, grab your blankets and settle in for our outdoor screening of the 2025 live-action movie, Lilo & Stitch!
Campout Details: What to Know
For our adventurous families staying overnight, here is how the "Campout Adventure" works:
Check-in & Setup: Campers can arrive early to set up tents between 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM before the main event begins. Alternatively, you may set up after the gates officially open at 6:00 PM.
Timeline: The campout officially begins at 10:30 PM (after the movie) and concludes on Saturday, May 30, at 10:00 AM.
Breakfast: A light breakfast will be provided for all campers on Saturday morning!
What to Bring: Please bring all your own gear, including a tent, sleeping bags, and mattresses/pads. The PTO does not provide camping equipment.
